Shipping Information

As every order is unique, the shipping costs will vary depending of the size, weight and destination of your chosen items.


To find out the Shipping Cost of the items that you wish, just do the Signup/Login with your Delivery Address, then select what you wish into the Shopping Cart and you will know instantly the Shipping Costs. Shipping comes from Portugal.


Due to the delicate nature of our products and in order to guarantee superior quality and delivery in perfect condition - order processing time (handling time) on average (prevision): 2 - 3 work days (doesn't include weekends and holidays).

All shipments have a tracking code from the carriers.

You can check the shipment tracking by logging into your store account and checking the corresponding order.

 


Delivery time is variable and depends on the location of the destination and factors beyond our control.

All shipments are from Portugal.

Portugal/Spain Continental: 2 - 3 Work Days + 3 - 4 Work Days - TOTAL: +/- 5 - 7 Work Days
Rest Europe: 2 - 3 Work Days + 5 - 7 Work Days - TOTAL: +/- 7 - 10 Work Days
North America: 2 - 3 Work Days + 10 - 12 Work Days - TOTAL: +/- 12 - 15 Work Days
South America / Asia / Pacific: 2 - 3 Work Days + 20 - 25 Work Days - TOTAL: +/- 22 - 28 Work Days

You will receive by email the tracking code shipment of your order, to be able to know at any time where your order is located.

Deliveries are always made during the weekdays and during working hours (during the day). It must be an address that you always have someone who can receive the order and sign the delivery receipt, the carrier does not call by phone to the recipient and does not leave the order without someone signing reception.

Due to environmental issues of the carriers, whenever it is not possible to deliver an object, either due to an absent recipient, or others, a physical notice will not be left at the address of the recipient of the shipment, but an SMS message or email will be sent to the customer to inform the respective situation, provided that the contact information field, e-mail or mobile phone number, is duly completed.

Carriers usually just leave orders in the presence of someone at the delivery address to sign receipt of the order, we can not be held responsible if no answer and the order back to the warehouse of the carrier, the cost of re-shipment order will be Customer's responsibility.

 

 


Return Policy

Customers will be able to proceed to the return of items with manufacturing defects, in which case reimbursement of the total value thereof. It will only accept items that are still in their original packaging and in perfect condition.

If the customer wishes to return one or more items, you can do so within 14 days of receipt of the order, provided that the products are intact, sealed, complete and in the original packaging, which may not be damaged, as amended or scratched.
Shipping costs in this case the return will be borne by the customer.

The return of incomplete, damaged or broken products and products without the packaging and / or original label, or products with signs of having been used will not be accepted.

If the order the return of the reason has been the responsibility of Sacred Arte, we will refund the respective shipping costs (eg defective products or different articles effectively ordered).

Customers will be reimbursed the full amount of the articles, not them can be sent by reason of lack of stock.


Out of Stock
Customers will be refunded in full of the amount of items that they can not be sent due to unavailability.
